Dr. Dheeraj Garg

MBBS, MD (General Medicine), DM (Cardiology) from PGIMER Chandigarh. A gold medalist in MBBS, and formerly Assistant Professor of Cardiology at GB Pant Hospital. He established Healthy Heart Cardiac Centre in 2011.

His practice covers the full range of adult cardiac care, from routine consultation and diagnostics through to coronary angiography, angioplasty and pacemaker implantation. Dr. Garg performs the echocardiography himself rather than delegating it to a technician.

Consultation and cardiac tests

Every test is carried out at the clinic, so you are not sent across the city for a report.

Consultation — ₹1,200

Full history, examination and a treatment plan explained in plain language.

Echocardiography — ₹3,000

Ultrasound of the heart, performed by Dr. Garg himself rather than a technician.

TMT — ₹3,000

Exercise stress ECG, to catch blockages that stay hidden at rest.

Holter & ABPM — ₹3,000

24-hour heart rhythm and blood pressure recording, worn through a normal day.

Dr. Garg consults at AGCR Enclave in the morning and Krishna Nagar in the evening, Monday to Saturday. Either is open to you — the same care and the same fees at both.

Before your visit

The things patients most often call to ask.

?Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, but calling ahead on 89205 94314 means a time can be set aside for you. Tests such as TMT, Holter and ABPM need to be scheduled, so please call first.

?Which clinic should I go to?

Whichever is more convenient. Dr. Garg consults at AGCR Enclave in the morning (10:00 – 11:30 AM) and Krishna Nagar in the evening (5:00 – 7:00 PM), Monday to Saturday. Fees and standard of care are identical at both.

?What should I bring to my first consultation?

Any previous ECGs, echo reports, angiography films or discharge summaries, plus a current list of your medicines including the strength of each. Recent blood reports help too. Comparing today's findings with earlier ones often changes the diagnosis.
